Personally I don't have aprobelm with this issue so long as the police actually do get a warrant from an independent (huh) magistrate as Chris Mears, with the El Paso Police Department said. Drunk Driving ia a serious problem. If bars, clubs and those who serve & sell alcohol would be more responsible and not serve or sell to persons who have already had too much to drink, then maybe the problem would not be as bad. Sadly 1 is 1 too many already hurt or killed by drunk drivers & their co-horts
