How are these payday lenders predatory? Having a brick and mortar business present does not constitute predation. Neither does advertising. I feel for every person in these stories that falls on hard luck, but not one of them begins with them being coerced or manipulated into taking these loans by the lender. Every single one of them had circumstances in their own life necessitate the loans.
