I am Ernesto Garcia . I am a very experinced driver and i have been put aside and my job has been given to new personal that dont have the proper license to operate federal buses. How can it possible that management from tatitlek allow unexperinced drivers transport american troops to differnt training sites. How can Fort Bliss permit this ?
