So the media didn't see any reason to even mention anything about this being unconstitutional huh? If I were stopped by the police and were cold sober, I would still refuse both the breathalizer and the blood test not because of lack of evidence, but because it is a violation of my civil rights. The media is not doing their job when they do not even attempt to mention this argument. Keep up the bad work!
