He was irresponsible for drinking and driving and should be held accountable. But weren't the others who "CHOSE" to get in the vehicle just as irresponsible because you should know better than to get in a vehicle w/someone who has been drinking. As adults, which everyone in the car was, we are responsible for our own actions and can't always put the blame on others regardless of the outcome and sad as it may be it is reality. Hope others learn from this
