Poor poor wilie, he does not seem to of learned his leason. To say, just after pleading guilty, that a lot of people would love to be the gandar's, is so pitiful and somewhat scary cause it seems to me that he said it to his younger brother who I hope is not going to follow willie's example of public service. Wilie is a disgrace to his family and El Paso. But like the saying goes, the apple does not fall far from the tree.
