Food Stamps, Lone Star, they are the same and it means the same. The juarenos get it free. As for the incoming revenue from Mexico, it matches or exceeds what is being given to support them. This is not El Paso anymore. It is now "Little Juarez" like Little China. But at least the Chinese work hard to support themselves.
