I believe El Paso tax payers should pass this new charge. In the long run it is worth it. The police dept. could use the extra money for much needed vehicles and extra jail space and upgrades. Cathy thank you for letting us know what our money will be used for. If reporters kept us informed on such expenditures, maybe the citizens wouldn't be so against paying the extra charge.
