I understand that Globalization and in the working world you will have to deal with many accents and bad english. but there you are being paid to deal with it. At universities you pay a lot of money to learn a subject, you shouldnt have your education suffer because an arrogant instructor or lazy university refuses to make sure students can understand an instructor. If you hired a someone to work for you and could not understand them, would you keep them on? I think not. Students are Customers
