It would be wonderful if you would cover a very special event, The Ft. Bliss Mobilization and Deployment (MaD) Brigade is havng a promotion party in honor of Lieutenant Colonel Fausto G. Garza, a UTEP grad, a decorated officer involved in the mobilization and deployment of soldiers to Iraq and Afganistan. Colonel Garza has worked so hard to reach this rank while encountering the many challenges involved in the military plus the challenges of his wife Virginia age 42, being diagnosed with breast cancer and raising two young daughters Nina age 12 and Brianna age 10.
