People like you are the main ones speeding thru the school zoned areas. Regardless if there is a green light or a stop sign,as adults we're in control, its our responsibility. And operating a vehicle we are suppose to be aware of our surroundings, its the responsibilty of the DRIVER NOT the CHILD! There is a big difference! It is not the child nor that child's parents' responsibilty to make a person slow dowm and pay attention to school zones. School district police should be put in place.
