if you don't need a study what are you basing your claim on to begin with?... your calling prolegalization nonsense, when in reality you are being very ignorant and biased on the claims your making. it would be a good thing even for the government...when i drive and smoke i drive really fukin slow...so if i get in an accident its not going to be all horrible like they make it sound...bunch of dumbassess!..
