So the atf is smuggling jerseys too.i mean we all know about fast and furios (the failed arms smuggling " operation" into mexico) .so by default if criminals are smuggling jerseys to further their profits and that includes money,drugs and weapins the ATF is a criminal outfit with a licence to do business
