The parents of a 12-year-old boy who accidentally shot and killed himself were arrested. Velen Garcia, 62, and Manuela Limones Garcia, 47, face felony charges of injury to a child and making firearms accessible to a minor.
Last October authorities say Brandon Lee Garcia accidentally shot himself in the head at his Montana Vista home. He later died at the hospital.
