Dear Window World, I would like to nominate 24year old Michael Ornelas, his home is in desperate need of windows. The windows in his home are old and some are broken, allowing the cold air in. Michael has struggled all his life with partial paralyses; he is legally blind and has been diagnosed with a rare disease called Rasmussen Encephalitis, and had to have half of his brain removed. His only source of income is SSI,so it would be impossible for him to afford somthing like this on his own.
