I live in a old house in the middle of the old neighborhood of El Paso Texas between alameda and paisano streets. I live with my wife and 4 kids. The constant vibrations of the mexico trucks that cross to mexico have damaged my home roof and windows. We are a proud mexican american family, I served in the Gulf war, but with a large family and several bills to pay. Plus a home that is very old i would really like to be given a chance to ask for this kind of assistance. Thank you and God Bless.
