Dear Window World, My name is Becky Bernal, the reason I write to you is because I would like to nominate my friend Silvia Ibanez, for the windows. Sylvia is a very close friend of mine. Sylvia is a loving and caring person. She is a single mother of two. She struggles every day to clothe her girls and put food on the table. She lives in a old house her parents built before they past away. The house needs a lot of work. Her house is very cold from the bad insulation and the cracks on the walls.
