MERS should be sued. This company and its bankster members have stolen recording fees in ever county in this countty. Also, all of the 60,000,000 loans that they have touched since the 90's through today have clouded titles. It's not just foreclosures but how about the fraudulent satisfactions MERS has issued to people who paid off their mortgages. I'd bet title companies have had to add exceptions when underwriting a loan/residence that MERS has touched.
