If this is such a good program, i want to know who to talk to about a complaint.I lost my job last year I went to them for help, went to the appt, turned in my paperwork and they said that they could help me and it would post to my acct on 2-5 days never happened. I called them and they told me i was miss informed and it would post by the end of the month never happened. I called again said behind and not worry. It never posted my elec got tuned off in the mid of winter. How is this help?
