There are two things wrong with whole escapade.
1.This puts the principals on the firing radar from now on for friviolous student/staff complaints (if EPISD is transparant, let the tax payers know the why and whens) let the truth be told to us that pay your salaries.
2.If in fact Mr Liano deserved to get fired, why reassign him to a conveniant "open" position, instead of getting rid of him.
this just goes to show you that in Texas, it is near impossible to fire a educator or a policeperson.
