the sad thing about this story is that this gy has been arrested at least 3 times on eppd.org for auto theft an still this guy is doing the same thing an hasnt learned his lesson. i am on the website all the time, and u recognize scum like this. whats sad is that this guy is just let go every time just to break the law again... where is the justice...
