Channel 9 should have follow suit with DPS and not be commenting on this at this point in the case. I am disgusted that channel 9 would air this before trial. Potential jurors have seen this broadcast and are now forming opinions regarding mr martin's guilt or innocence without having all the facts. Shame on Channel 9 and Stuart Leeds. I hope the Judge sharply reprimands the public defenders office because this is completely unprofessional. A very dirty tactic in my opinion.
