I understand how any Christian would want to honor Mary. After all, she is the Mother of Jesus, the Mother of God, the Mother of our Savior, our Lord.
The most excellent way to honor the Mother of Jesus is to honor Jesus and follow Him, imitate Him, and die to ourselves for Him. This is what the Mother of Jesus wants from us.
