while many needy people have a right to use this benefits because they are in need,unfortunatly there is some that take advantage of it and use them for other purposes. One in particular that i see happen alot is when they sell their foodstamps to get things like makeup,highlighs or beer. I think that we should give them out for short time and make them pay back if they have them for years. Whe need to make them try and get out of poverty and not make careers out of them!
