Equally, there are numerous studies that show that vitamins/minerals reduce disease. One example, is a large study that showed that vitamin D3 reduced Cancer incidence in women by 77% in those who were vitamin D deficient.
Vitamins do help. In those that need it.
Yes, food is the best source of these vitamins. However, the food we eat does not have the same nutritional value that the generations before us did.
