I lived in Oklahoma for a few years and they have toll roads called turnpikes. What a way to make money and still have terrible roads. Its just a bad idea and in Oklahoma the citizens have no choice but to travel these roads to get from one part of the state to another. You would be better advised to tax trucks entering the US and using our roads since they dont pay The fees paid by American Truckers.
