It is totally hypocritical to allow this official to be allowed to not do any jail-time,when the city and the county is cracking down and arresting any individual driving drunk. Although I do not drink licquor, this attitude only shows to me that it is who you know, that gets these individuals a free pass, and a slap on the wrist. This along with the fact that we have numerous city and county individuals in federal prison, makes El Paso the 2nd safest city, yes, now we can add the most corrupt.
