If we go by your rational, we should close down all the laundromats in town and car washes too. There is going to be a lot more soldiers coming to El Paso and they are going to be coming home with all the uniforms that have to get that good old dust and sand off. You might as well get used to it or move to a city where the military and their families does not bother your daily life. Hey, there's a city right across the border with your name on it...
