It's a sad reality but drivers still using their cell phones for whatever reason are a potential danger to themselves, and others. What is it going to take, more deaths in our city? Funny thing, El Paso has a law, stating, DON'T. However, our youth now these days think they are 10 feet tall, and bullet proof. Pobrecitos, that's why we will continue to see more of our youth die to distraction, racing, and DWI, oh and lets not forget, the putting on make-up, while driving. Come on kids stay alive.
