You all know that no agent is going to leave. For one, where else will they find another gravy train job. Another reason is where else will they find another job during these hard economical times. These employees forget what the real world is like outside of the federal government. And please don't attempt to tell us how difficult your job is. You are more then compensated for the amount of work done. I know, I've been there. Too many employees come to think that their pay is asure thing.
