Next year they will say it will lower the risk of other health related issues.
Do doctors even know what they are doing anymore?
One year they say drink 8 bottles of water a week. Next year they say you may infact be drinking to much water and its a health risk.
So what is it? Nothing but mumbo jumbo to me.
