Yes, EP Electric and EPW were ill prepared. But, in order to prepare for the next time, who do you think is really going to foot that bill? THE RESIDENTS OF EL PASO, THATS WHO. You can bet our rates will go up so their profits don't suffer. I agree with one of the other posts; restaurants need to shut down or at minimum restrict their hours of operation if we are in bad shape. Don't expect just the residential housing to be the one to suffer. We don't need to eat out - that's a luxury.
