As a police officer, you are not an average citizen.
This is what is supposed to be taught at the academy. As a "peace officer" you are a direct
representative of the police department and the citizens are your customers. Officer Munoz violated his customers trust. Officer Munoz should be..no deserves to be put on NON-PAID leave. Why are we taxpayers still paying his "suspension desk job" salary?
