the 2nd paragraph in this article is what should be the headline. if a poor man has 2 pennies and finds 3 more pennies, then he has a "higher income growth" than a rich man who has $100,000 and earns another $1,000... greater than 100% income growth doesn't mean anything when you're still poor as dirt.
