I work in the tattoo/body piercing industry and I think this is a great thing for el paso, many people are unaware at how unregulated, or rather unenforced body modifications are in this city. I think only good can come of this, tattoo/body piercing artist should have only the best knowledge, after all they are involving the public in a potentially hazardous activity. and when the public is at risk, the government SHOULD be involved.
