I have driven for years in the two worst cities for human beings in the world. Washington DC and Toyko Japan and they can't hold an candle to El Paso. We have without question the worst, ruddest, most discourtious, and dangerous drivers on the face of the planet. I don't drive between 1PM to 7PM during the week and on the weekend wouldn't even think of going out. Speed (except motorcycles)and bumper to bumper traffic is not the problem, bad driving is. They live to cut you off.
