All retail sales from licensed vendors are suppose to collect sales tax. All retail stores in Texas and. . . . along El Paso Street, collect sales tax on all sales. However, cash sales are cash sales. There are cash sales in most every business, but they are "cash sales". So, who knows what they do with those "cash sales". I don't think they make THAT much money to begin with. Whatever they make, they probably spend right away and they pay sales tax on most everything that THEY buy.
