NO! never NO MONEY UP FRONT!!ALL honest LICENSED! contractors have to be financially able to accomplish there project First! on there own ! that is common courtesty and professional ethics! if you !! as a Licensed!!! contractor can not afford to buy and supply the materials, meet your own weekly payroll ,supply your own transportation to and from work for yourself and your labor,buy extra's because you "underestimated the Proposal"!!! Daaaaaaa? THEN YOUR A COMMON CON?&HOME OWNERS SHOULD RUN AWAY
