There is a second child that needs to be saved from this hell. The authorities need to do their job and investigate the family members to see if this abuse was known to be happening and why it was allowed to happen. Most child abuses are noticed by someone but not reported. Justice needs to be done here. This innocent child will now know peace in heaven.
