I wonder how long it will be before government officials understand that tasers are dangerous, to say nothing of cruel and unusual punishment.
There was no need to tase this guy. They knew who he was. They had his car. Where was he going to go? Some times it's better to apprehend later instead of making a big case of effecting the arrest immediately.
