Just finished watchin video on the assault. I belive canal 44. The video which was taken by a women on the top of the brige. It show the 15 year old (so called victim) throwing rocks at the border patrol as they are arresting someone. The bp agent on his kness shots the teen who was throwin the rocks. The bp agent shot once. The women taping is hear sayin at the begin of the video tellin someone next to her in spanish "look that guy is trowin rocks at the officer" "Boom" shot is hear.
