i still would like to see the zig zag line of restuarants of failing to passing to be smoothed out. Almost every restaurant i have looked up on the health food isnpection site i see this trend.
Should be a fine for such a habit if they continue to do so in "X" amount of time. I know its hard but your patrons deserve a clean place. Some food for thought.
More passing then failing is what defines a good place from a bad plce.
