EL PASO - Cartel members are recruiting teenagers and even children in hopes of getting them to smuggle drugs.

The U.S. Border Patrol's El Paso sector is going around to high schools and middle schools to educate students about methods cartel members use.

NewsChannel 9 will be speaking with Border Patrol agents and students participating in the program.
