Yes, but it's an invitation to racists.... To continue hating and discriminating people who aren't Caucasian. Whenever anyone enters a country, they must prove their citizenship & legal right to enter the country EVERYONE-including Caucasians have to show ID. This is equal treatment to all. This law singles out American Citizens who aren't Caucasian. So sorry to say, it is about color. This law is not the solution to a problem, that I agree, exists in America.
