This nutcase group is trying to make it illegal to question someone who may be doing something illegal? What kind of moronic thinking is that? You have all the rights in the world if u go through the proper channels to get in. If you try to sneak in, THAT"S illegal. It doesn't matter where u r from or what color you are.
Profiling? Hell yeh. Seeing how 99.9% of the problem is from a certain nationality(s)...
I don't imagine there are too many white guys trying to sneak out of Mexico.
