Well La Di Dah, PB has 3.4 million dollars in funding to help low-income needy households with their utility bills & heating & cooling issues. However, you can stop by one of their offices & pick up an application but they won't take walk-ins (see or talk to you). What is that all about? The problem with PB is that they are too much about bureaucratic red tape & not enough about actually helping people. Please PB get off your you know what and see the people why don't you!
