I hope the U.S. Marshals are being totally upfront about what happened. Yes they had to make the arrest but It seems to me that they rushed in at a time & place that was not safe for anyone involved. It is very fortunate that innocent bystanders or apartment occupants were not shot by stray bullets. I would hope that in the future similar situations are better handled.
