I pray for that little boy and his family and the family of the dog that killed him. Why was a 4year old running loose, without adult supervision, giving him enough time to climb over a chain link fence and walk into a yard with a secured dog on a chain? I am not blaming anyone just wondering where the adult supervision of this beautiful little boy was?
