In my opinion payday & car loans are predatory in nature & I do not for one second beleive John Bloss when he said that they look at how much money a person pays for food, gas &, how much $$ they have left & that they don't loan outside of that. The only problem I have with the ordinance IS WHO IS GOINF TO INFORCE IT! Council keeps passing ordinances that they do not inforce.
