Unreal, the worst place where they crash and run is here in El Paso. With all these crashes and deaths they still speed like crazy here. Guess it's a part of the life in El Paso. You would need police on every block to slow them down. They race to the next stop light daily in the morning and afternoons. At night they are drunk so when is it really safe to be on the road. Not to mention they talk and text like no law exits! I feel no sympathy for them should something happen.
